The file keeps growing to previous size if the phishing and attack site filter isn't disabled.
If the file can be compressed well maybe it is a good idea to upload it here so that the devs can retrace it. With 7z my 22 MB file is reduced to 5.7 MB. I don't know if it is too much for Launchpad but since I don't experience the problem atm I couldn't upload it.
