Sorry, I'm not really up to speed on the issues here, but I have the same problem Valentin Neacsu mentions above: the 'hdparm -B 255' command is not run when waking up from suspend, which is necessary on my machine.
My previous workaround solution to this problem was to put a script in /etc/acpi/resume.d, but that no longer works, either. It does seem that the power.sh script runs, so maybe it just looks and says, OK, I'm in the same state, the hdparm commands are not necessary. On my system that is not true; it needs to run those commands on wake from suspend even if it's in the same state as before.
