lincity-ng crashes very frequently. At least one of the crashes was from this issue. I have only been able to play for a few minutes without crashing. Maybe it is easier to use lincity-ng since it is easier to install.
If you want to try with mythtv you maybe only need to install the mythfrontend. It will complain that there is no backend but the user interface should launch and you can just keep starting and stopping the frontend till you get a crash. My case is a little different from Mario. I usually crash when starting mythfrontend. It'll crash 2-4 times in a row and then it will start up correctly. Once I get mythfrontend started it doesn't usually crash when starting or stopping video playback. -- [fglrx] __driCreateNewScreen_20050727 () from /usr/lib/dri/fglrx_dri.so https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/199455 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
