It had only happened with Terminal, but now it has just happened with Synaptic. I don't really know what triggers it. All I have to do is to open an application (Terminal, through the Panel; Synaptic through the Main Menu), and then it happens. But, as I said above, it does not always happen.
I'm using the standard configuration. I've got this issue since I fresh- installed Hardy few days ago. What follows is the content of the last lines of my .xsession-errors right after this problem happened with Synaptic. As far as I know, none of them seem to be relevant to this issue.
