Seems that all "dev" packages have a dependecy to libboost-dev version 1.34.1-2ubuntu1.1 which is not in any repository I can find. libboost-dev version 1.34.1-2ubuntu1, however is present and marked "supported" One solution to this is to up the version number of the libboost-dev package.
