Experiencing the same problem here. I have a laptop with a Core 2 Duo, one of the cpu's is at a constant 100% (after the top-command, I identified "lshw" as being the cause, under user root). I am running Hardy Heron 8.04 with all the updates too, and have an Intel 4965agn wireless card. The rest of my desktop works fine, but this process never ends so my laptop gets very hot.
