After my further and special investigation of the whole issue and after
consultating it with Institution for Czech language I am
closing/rejecting this bug with hope, there is actually window of
oportunity to get a consensus about changes/updates contexts on
"uplatnit/provést". The reason for this is due to usage/custom on
different contexts of that words according to Czech language experts.

No doubt I am fully aware of some my faults in communication strategy on
recent period and there is chances to let me do everything to adjust
them. Just realization of one consensus and grant administrator rights
are dividing from that. Then I am ready to take full responsibility and
take the leadership of Czech Ubuntu l10n again to continue bringing
Ubuntu to Czech desktops and prevent things like this
(https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/edgy/+source/debian-
installer/+pots/debian-
installer/cs/+translate?batch=10&show=need_review) in the most crucial
parts of distribution and last but not least concentration on building
up the trust and the collaboration in team and strengthen both of them.

** Changed in: language-pack-cs (Ubuntu)
       Status: Unconfirmed => Rejected
