I can confirm the same error. Before the 10 updates today F-spot ran but crashed on exit. After applying the updates today F-spot crashes on start with the error reported here.
One of the 10 updates was 'libart'. From reading the changes I was hoping it would solve the crash-on-exit error. Not at all sure, but maybe it could be involved in this new problem? Is there a log somewhere where I can see the last 10 updates that were applied?
