Thanks for reporting this bug. If possible try to report bugs in English
as this is the language understood by most Ubuntu developers. Google
tranlsate tells me that your error message says:

Unable to obtain an exclusive lock. This usually means that it is
already running another application package management (as apt-get or
aptitude). Please close this application first.

But in reality there was no other application running.

Is this a reasonable translation of what you said? Could you also
provide us with some more information about the steps you took when this
problem occurred.

1. What version of ubuntu are you running and what version were you trying to 
upgrade to? For example gutsy to hardy
2. Could you describe the steps you took to perform the upgrade.
3. Most importantly could you attach the log files from /var/log/dist-upgrade 
for your failed upgrade
