Also experiencing this bug. It is VERY annoying when you have to stare at code for 12 hours a day and it keeps getting blurred for no reason. Doesn't help your eyes much!
This problem has become more severe on my work computer though to the extent that at times parts of the screen become artifacted, with slices of the right hand side of a window which touches the right side of the screen re-appearing on the left side of the SAME workspace/cube face. Also some elements become distored and do not display correctly until forced to be redrawn. At times, the blur will also only affect parts of the screen, or individual controls such as a a button, or treeview control. Other times you can trace the blur from left to right like a radial blur effect, where it radiates from the center of the screen as clear, and becomes more blurred the further out towards the edge you go.
