Mine didn't work until I got the firmware in place, and then I when apt-get 
upgrade and update, I got a new compiler, firmware had to be copied/linked into 
new directory.

Lots of documentation talks about the firmware, the firmware cutter,
etc.

Huh?


I'll have to try again some time...though machine working pretty ok now...
