This problem also affects epiphany when using the BBC site.  Also, this 
problem happens with firefox when running KDE4.

I think buffering problems sounds likely as it is only in Firefox and epiphany 
that the problem occurs; even then it doesn't cause a problem for the windows 
media format streams.
