I have done all the steps above, but I still need the gnome-obex-server in order to receive files on my PC, my phone is Nokia e61, and it always displays the "Sending Failed" message if the gnome-obex-server is not opened even if I enabled the "Receive files from remote devices" option in the Bluetooth applet and I even killed and re-ran the obex-data- server and restarted my PC several times, any ideas?
