Public bug reported: Until recently in Hardy, when plugging in a USB drive with a LUKS partition, after entering the password in the GUI prompt, the partition was automounted.
Now it still asks for the password, opens the LUKS container - but doesn't mount it anymore. Oddly enough, http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingRemovableDevices doesn't really work as: $ gnome-volume-manager -n 2>&1 | tee gvm.log bash: gnome-volume-manager: command not found ** Affects: gnome-mount (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Hardy] Regression: External crypto-drives are not automounted after given password https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/217749 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
