** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: xorg-driver-fglrx

  I'm using Ubuntu Hardy (Beta - freshly updated) and the proprietary
- fglrx driver fwith ATI Xpress 200M card (on a Compaq Presario V2610CA
+ fglrx driver with ATI Xpress 200M card (on a Compaq Presario V2610CA
  laptop) and Compiz (desktop effects) is not working right. In fact, I
  do get some kind of desktop effects, but real slow, with an unresponsive
  system.

  Here's what I get with fglrxinfo:

  $ fglrxinfo
  display: :0.0 screen: 0
  OpenGL vendor string: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
  OpenGL renderer string: Mesa GLX Indirect
  OpenGL version string: 1.4 (2.1 Mesa 7.0.3-rc2)

- Obviously, OpenGl strings should report that the ATI proprietary driver is
used, which is what I set in the Restricted dirver manager.
