It would be very nice to get this fixed. mythfrontend crashes several
times a day for me. Sometimes it crashes 3 times in a row just trying to
start. It also tends to crash when I am done watching a video. You can
see one of my stack traces as a duplicate of this bug.

Is anyone upstream at AMD/ATI working on this? Since fglrx is closed
source there's not much we can do without their help right? I can't even
figure out where to report bugs to them.

I bought a nice new AMD processor and motherboard with ATI 780G chipset
a few weeks ago. Would be great if they could fix their binary blob so
things aren't crashing so much.
