I have noticed that this Problem does not occur from start but happens after some time. I was not able to reproduce it at any given time. I run totem-xine, but it also appears with mplayer. When i run mplayer with -vo x11 it works fine tho, seems it only appears with -vo xv (with is standard i think, in mplayer aswell as in totem??)
