I found a solution and I am really happy of this :) I downloaded the latest drivers from
http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Download and transfer rate is very good. Please test. I think the version of the driver is in this string from dmesg: [ 34.094703] iwl3945: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945ABG/BG Network Connection driver for Linux, 1.2.26k so it seems we need version 1.2.26.
