Before the updates, the timezone for my city was set wrong (for Guetersloh -> Europe / Amsterdam). After the update, no weather information were shown. So I've simply choose Guetersloh again from the list of cities and everything works well (also after restart). So I think it is a big because of the updates and does not appear again.
