Does this problem still occur? If so could you give us a little more
detail to help fix the problem.
Specifically what is meant by:
'update manager crashed while i was doing apt-get upgrade on console'
Are you saying that you had the graphical update manager interface
running and then tried to run apt-get upgrade at the same time? If I've
misunderstood could you explain the steps you took to produce this
crash. Also, is the crash reproducible?
