exactt, The acpi=noirq works for some people as their BIOS ACPI DSTD is sometimes not quite correct and which can confuse drivers that don't get the correct IRQ setup, so it's a useful rune to try to factor out dodgy BIOS settings. However, now we know it does not work for you we need to look at a different way of cornering this issue. I hope to get back to you early next week on this.
