I can confirm, disabling xgl fixes the problem. One problem with the libs, I have a broken symlink: ls -l /usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.xlibmesa lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 12 2008-04-11 12:20 /usr/lib/fglrx/libGL.so.1.xlibmesa -> libGL.so.1.2
