** Changed in: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
   Importance: High => Medium

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

I cannot add a group using "Users and Groups" from the system tools
  menu.

  Steps to reproduce:

  - Start "Users and Groups" from the menu.
  - Unlock with the PolicyKit button
  - Click Manage Groups
  - Click Add Group
  - Enter any group name. It does not matter if you select group members to be
added to the new group from the list box.
  - Click OK

  Expected:
The group is added to the group list in the parent window.

  Actual result:
An empty entry is appended to the list box.
  - Clicking to see the details opens the previous window but with no group
name in the input box.
  - Clicking Delete asks if you are sure to delete group »(null)«.

Additionally, now the whole thing locked up. It does not close or react to
button clicks.
The whole gtk seems frozen; the window title bar reacts as normally. Just
closing does not work.
