At last I've managed to know what my problem is. My problem is concerned with IPOD SHUFFLE + USB (it's not the problem of ubuntu, I have exactly the same behaivior in Windows).
Sometime when connecting ipod shuffle with pc (it's using the same headphone jack for usb connection) it's easy to touch first contact of ipod with first contact of ipod's headphone like connector for usb at this moment system crashes. I thinck it's motherboard model hardware problem. To solve problem: first connect ipod to headphone like connector, then connect usb connector to usb port.
