My mobo is Asus P5wdh (ich7r, jmicron and silicon) and i need irqpoll too with Hardy Heron 2.6.24-15. Enabling or disabling Jmicron in bios doesn't change anything. This bug is still there with new bios or kernel. Some trouble too with acpi
