Hi Zarovich, First, care to test the latest 2.6.24-16 kernel to verify this is still an issue. Assuming it is, care to provide the following information (please be sure to attach each as a separate attachment to this bug report):
1) Boot the 2.6.24-16-generic kernel with the 'quiet' and 'splash' options removed. Care to then take a digital photo of your screen at the point the boot fails. Please attach this to this report. 2) Boot the 2.6.24-16-i386 kernel and attach your dmesg output. 3) You mentioned this was after an upgrade.
