I can confirm the iso is not present in the package. When I selected "Install Guest Additions", it prompted me to download the iso since it couldn't find it, and placed it in the ~/.Virtualbox directory where I successfully used it. While it would be nice to have the 5MB iso included in the package, as long as the prompt satisfactorily works, I think it's an acceptable alternative.
