Public bug reported:
My terratec pci card (ICE1714) does not work under edgy/feisty/gutsy and hardy
after powering on my computer.
I have to make a reboot, to have it work properly.
The motherboard is asus-sli with a nforce 4 nvidia chipset. The onboard
soundcard
(wich works always after power-up) is nvidia ck804.
Please let me know, if I can gather any more information for you like
log files after power on / warm start or something like that.
