1. IN UBUNTU-AUDACITY STEPS ARE AS FOLLOWS
a. direct your cursor to the system icon point=written-symbol
b. open this option and sub-select administration.
c. redirect to following property >a href=hyperlink=software-sources<
d. mark-check open tabs and or boxes to direct all traffic
e. accept or apply changes-)channel-updates at this point(
f. close the box ## may redundant load sreselect and then close********
g. direct your cursor to the applications icon point=written-symbol
h. redirect to following property >a href=hyperlink=ADD/REMOVE
i. mark-check open tabs and or boxes to direct all traffic
j. select the option sound/music/media at this point
k. select the option audacity at this point
l.audacity should download and self install at this point
m. close this box
n. direct your cursor to the system icon point=written-symbol
o. redirect to following property >a href=hyperlink=synaptic-package-
manager
p. choose these selected files ; ' lame '
' lame-extras '
' liblame. '
' liblame.o '
q. close this box after accepting/apply changes
r. direct your cursor to the applications icon point=written-symbol
s. redirect to following property >a href=hyperlink=sound/media
t. select program audacity
u. at the task bar menu choose edit > preferences > file-format
v. the file selected should reference to libmp3lame.o.0 = click o.k.
w. select additional tabs or boxes to mark-check the mp3 setup-selection
if not actuated automatically

problem with audacity>edit>preference>find library = file not listed in
synaptic manager = libmp3lame.is.o + final platform to load lame 3.97 for mp3
creation
