I can confirm that Bug as well. Starting Hardy with 2.6.24.15 takes very long and after login a small dialog box in the upper left corner says 'Interner Fehler' = internal error failed to initialize HAL! The Network is completely broken and the evolution-data-server-2.22 takes 90% of cpu time all the time.
Starting Hardy with 2.6.22.14 kernel is fast and solid as usual.
