I've a very similar problem here too. But for me it works until the system comes bakc from the first suspend to disk. I once saw 3 wired connections like wolverine741776 reported here earlier, after an update (just now) I can't see any network connections in network manager any more. Wireless works when configured using wpa_supplicant and dhcp, so drivers are up and running, this has to be a network-manager issue.
