Can you please answer a few questions:
What version of Ubuntu are you using?
What version of firefox are you seeing this on?
Does this happen with any other browsers besides firefox?
What version of flashplugin do you have?
Can you please remove flashplugin-nonfree completely and reinstall it (make
sure to clean out profile or better yet try with a new profile.
