hi all, just wanted to add that i just experienced this bug as well. i'm running hardy amd64, fully updated. been working fine with vmware server 1.05, as you mentioned corey, i just used ctrl-alt-enter to switch to full screen in my win xp guest and upon return to window mode, no shift, caps lock, alt keys. all keys still work fine in the xp guest, but not in hardy. i will probably not use full screen on guests, but good luck and hope this helps.
