using the new 2.6.25-rc8 kernel fixes it for me, but none of the Ubuntu hardy kernels except 2.6.24-3 works for me. Since I copied the firmware from /lib/firmware/2.6.24-3-generic to /lib/firmware/2.6.25-rc8-custom/, i think that maybe it could be the firmware?
