I created a new user on my system, ran evolution and followed the wizard
to create a new exchange account. I followed the defaults except as
related to password handling. I went into the account settings and into
email settings and determined the Junk handling was turned on, and left
the defaults (bogofilter).

After retrieving my inbox, I manually marked messages as Junk. They
disappeared, with no Junk vfolder appearing. I then marked messages as
not junk, and successfully had evolution check additional messages as
junk or not. Still no Junk vfolder. Scanning all other folders (both
local and exchange), I did not find the messages just marked as junk.

As for easy steps to trigger, I'm not sure I can say. I do not have a
system readily available on which I could perform a clean install. If
you or another developer has access to an exchange account, I presume it
would be fairly straightforward to load the account with some junk
messages, mark them, and see if the vfolder appears. But I suppose
that's fairly obvious.

I realize debugging by email is not the most efficient method, but I'm
willing to follow any suggestions to provide more data that may help to
resolve this.
