That's pretty much it, I was watching the clock on my desktop's panel while 
configuring a few servers to use ntpdate, and I noticed the clock seems to 
freeze for about 2 seconds every 5 to 10 seconds.
It's probably nothing, but it's still an abnormal behavior.

I didn't change anything concerning time management on my desktop since
the install, I manually ran an ntpdate a few minutes before noticing
this.
