On Gutsy, type vpn in a shell prompt and hit tab to auto complete the command. You can see the commands listed even though you have to run them with sudo.
Try the same thing in Hardy. You don't get the same result. You either know the commands or you'll have to look them up. If this is intentional, then so be it.
