No, it matches the product id, the problem is that gnome doesn't detect it as an audio player unless it has the string "portable_audio_player" in the info.capabilities entry. The section at the bottom of the file (below) only adds that capability if the device has the key portable_audio_player.type. Since the YP-U1 section (and it looks like some others as well) doesn't define that key, the device never gets the portable_audio_player capability.
