Yes! Exactly. /apps/gnome-power-manager/actions/sleep_type_battery is set to 'nothing' whereas /apps/gnome-power-manager/actions/sleep_type_ac 'suspend'.
This is very strange, and changing the first key to 'suspend' fixes this bug for me. Obviously, there's something wrong with the gconf schema.
