Public bug reported: Previously, by using commands such as /usr/X11R6/bin/xinput set-button-map stylus 1 3 2 4 5 6 and /usr/X11R6/bin/xinput set-button-map stylus 1 2 3 4 5 6 It was possible to switch a wacom tablet pen buttons (so that you could get either middle click or right click, very useful to have these two commands to quickly switch).
Although these still work for the mouse, they won't work on the wacom tablet anymore (Toshiba Portégé M200 touchscreen). I a similar way, the accessibility features of the mouse (like the pannel applet which allows double click and click and drag on simple click) do not work with the wacom tablet. $ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu hardy (development branch) Release: 8.04 ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- xinput doesn't allow switching a wacom tablet button order https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/210234 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
