Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org
OpenOffice.org doesn't match FreeDesktop directories specs On linux, OpenOffice.org use (only ?) the $HOME/.openoffice.org2 folder. Witch doesn't match FreeDesktop.org recomendations. You should use the $XDG_CONFIG_HOME environement variable ($HOME/.config) For all your config/preferences files. This folder should be removable without any data loss. Then, all the user data like dictionnary, extentions, templates,... should be in $XDG_DATA_HOME ($HOME/.local/share). And, if any, your cache should be in $XDG_CACHE_HOME ($HOME/.cache).
