3-install same issues, only way to connect without admin rights is to
run in "roaming" mode This appears to have significant security problems
for me with FF Mozilla browser. While accessing "legitimate" link the
browser froze and would not allow further action until installation of
"suitable" plugin. I rebooted without doing so manually clearing cache
repeatably, upon reboot browser allowed malicious code to penetrate my
proxy server     (not logged in) and install rootkit/backdoor. Went back
to 7.10 and only run static IP's.
