It seems to happen randomly, somtimes it works just fine sometimes it does not. Since I updated 2.22.1 (which is 5minutes ago) I did not get this error again, but I only rebooted once since then, and it usually happens only on boot/xserver restart as far as I can say. Will not post any info about ubuntu version anymore in the title.
