I can confirm the unasked-installation-issue has been fixed. Although I can't say I'm really happy with the misleading message... also, why doesn't it simply open jockey-gtk? Where would be the proper place to discuss such things?
Anyway, the bug with the popup telling you to restart your computer when you *canceled* the driver installation still persists. I'm reluctant to reopen this bug, though.
