Public bug reported:

When trying to access the server Apache HTTPD locally, via
http://localhost port 80, says that the page does not exist. However, in
version 2.0.0.13 of Firefox, when trying to access the same server it
runs normally. I use the last version, updated, of Ubuntu 8.04.
