I can confirm the bug in Seahorse 2.22.0-0ubuntu2 (hardy), running Hardy, upgraded from Gutsy (Linux debberlein 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Tue Feb 12 07:42:25 UTC 2008 i686 GNU/Linux)
The agent was working flawless in gutsy, but stopped working after upgrading to hardy.
