This problem is caused by mixed packets. You have tk8.5 8.5.0.a5-3v1ubuntu0 and tcl8.5 8.5.0.a5-3v1ubuntu0 which are from 3v1n0's repository and these conflicts with amsn from main ubuntu repository.
