Same happening here. I have a little terminal output;
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ update-manager -d extracting '/tmp/tmpiyGVkL/hardy.tar.gz' authenticate '/tmp/tmpiyGVkL/hardy.tar.gz' against '/tmp/tmpiyGVkL/hardy.tar.gz.gpg' Then the Distribution Upgrade window greys out and nothing more happens.
