next step would have been to enable XAA acceleration. but choosing i810 instead
intel made EVERYTHING smooth. even the system log scrolled SO slow - one did
not even notice.
i am using intel 945gm:
(--) I810(0): Chipset: "945GM"
can be found in my xservers log. it is a medion md 96290 laptop. how can this
be fixed until the final release, so that others will not experience the same
thing? why is intel even preferred over i810? was i810 being used in gutsy?
