The liblinphone1 package should have installed automatically when you installed linphone. (linphone depends on it.) Please run "dpkg -l liblinphone1" to see if you have it installed, and paste the results in this ticket. If the message says that you do not have it installed, you can install it by running "apt-get install liblinphone1".
